You need some commercial photography shot, and we are here to service those needs. How do you get started?

The first step, is to set up a phone consultation to get an estimate or confirmation. We'll discuss important details about your project during our phone consultation. Since our company works by appointment only, we'll also schedule any meetings that will be needed and if we are writing up a confirmation we'll schedule any shoots at that time.

The second step, is for you, or the authorizing person, to sign and return the estimate or confirmation and send the 30% non-refundable deposit. This locks in your scheduled shoots and officially gets the ball rolling on your project. Once we receive the signed confirmation and deposit we schedule stylists,assistants and other set workers, order props, and rental equipment that might be needed.

Step three, is the actual shoot. We pick up the props, rental equipment if needed, and travel to the location for on site shoots. We complete the shoot.

Step four, once back at the office we catalog and keyword the shoot, complete digital processing, and build an online proof gallery. The gallery will either be an unlisted URL or password protected depending on our clients needs. Typically only minimal retouching is included in basic digital processing and will be included in the proofs. Some of our clients know they want specific retouching or extractions included with the shoot; in those cases the proofs will show the ordered retouching.

Step five, after review of the proofs any additional retouching of the images can be ordered, or deliver of the final images can begin. Once the images have been approved a record of delivery will be written up to be included with the final delivery. Delivery of the images will be made, after review and approval of the final images the record of deliver is signed and a copy returned.

Step six, after receiving the signed record of delivery we will total the fees for the project and and additional addons, such as retouching, and send the final invoice for billing.

all that is left is to pay the invoice and begin using your images.
