Where appropriate, credit in the form of "© Walt Sorensen" or "photography by Walt Sorensen" shall be given on all images or on a credits line/page. Please ask about credit requirements and exceptions.

A non-refundable booking fee of 30% is due when a shoot is scheduled. Additional upfront fees may apply, contact us for exceptions.

We bill Net10. All invoices are due in 10 business days from billing / image delivery.

We do not quote or bill 'Day-Rates' or 'per hour' for shooting; We do charge: a per image fee that includeds Fees, Expenses, and Usage-license on all shoots.

Basic color correction is included in all quotes. Advanced color correction or Color matching is is available for an additional fee.

We do not shoot on Spec, We will shoot 'Test projects' for a minimum fee, a reasonable usage-license will be charged when the images are used.

As a standard policy we do not transfer copyrights. Ownership of the copyright typically adds no additional value or benefits compared to unlimited usage. Buying only the specific usage you need is also the most cost effective solution. Careful consideration should be taken when considering unlimited usage, as unlimited usage adds significant additonal costs to photographic projects.  If you buy only what you need, you'll save money and wont have to buy the moon (if you really need the moon, it can be ordered). If your project requires copyright transfer, please not that this can end up being up to 500% more expensive then an unlimited use license.

We don't work Sundays, please don't ask. We feel if a Job can't be done Monday through Saturday The job likely doesn't need to be done.
